13th may was the birthday of Boluwatife Balogun, Nigerian ace singer’s first friend, Ayodeji Balogun, best known as Wizkid. The young man who turned 9 on May 13 has several people on social media wishing him a happy birthday and this includes his father who barely acknowledges his son in public.
Wizkid took to his Twitter page to celebrate his first son on his birthday.
He wrote:
My first love is 9! Wow! Boluwatife mi ❤
This action triggered anger in the Davido camp that lead to much bashing as they accused a wizkid of being a deadbeat parent. One of them had gone so far as to build a parody account in the name of Boluwatife to taunt his friend.
He wrote:
“Thank you dad. My only wish is that you start taking care of me and paying my school fees ?? ??❤️”
The tweet above has garnered a lot of reactions as many believe that’s Boluwatife’s real account.
