Corps Members Tested Positive For COVID-19, 13 Corps members currently camping at the Obubra orientation camp reportedly tested positive for Coronavirus in the cross-river state.

Dr. Betta Edu, the Cross River State Commissioner for Health, who reported the 13 new cases on Sunday, January 24, said they were the highest cases registered so far by the state.

The commissioner called on the federal government to aid the state in fixing its laboratories to enable community sampling and testing so as it can curb the second wave of the virus from spreading fast across the state.
