ESUT Post-UTME / DE 2020: Cut-off Point, Qualifications And Information On Registration

 

A. ESUT cut-off mark is 170, except for Faculties of Medicine, Law and Pharmaceutical Sciences which is 200.

B. The screening will be online and candidates are not required to appear for Physical Screening or Aptitude Test

C. The screening fee is Two Thousand Naira (N2000) only.

Candidates will be notified of their admission status on JAMB CAPS and ESUT Portal.

COMMENCEMENT OF REGISTRATION:

Online registration starts on Monday, August 10, 2020, and ends September 11th, 2020. The portal closes on Saturday, September 12, 2020.

Registration Procedure 

  • 1. Visit the school’s portal via www.portal.esut.edu.ng
  • 2. Under Regular Students, click 2020/2021 Admission Screening Registration.
  • 3. In the page that shows up, key in your JAMB Reg. No. and Click.
  • 4. Key in the required details in the next page to generate your invoice.
  • 5. On the invoice page, you have payment options using Interswitch; which include: · By Bank Branch: This involves you proceeding to any commercial bank with a printout of the generated invoice which contains a reference number which you would use for payment of N2000 (excluding service charges) via Enugu State IGR paydirect. · By Debit Card: This involves you paying online with your Debit Card.
  • 6. Return to the application page and enter your “JAMB Registration Number” again.
  • 7. Proceed with the completion of the form.
  • 8. Confirm your entries.
  • 9. Submit your application.
  • 10. Print out your acknowledgment slip.

N.B

All candidates must upload their O’level results in JAMB approved CBT Centres. Candidates who fail to do so shall not be considered for admission.

Candidates awaiting the results of NABTEB, WAEC and NECO (August/September 2020 are eligible to apply. Note however, that results released after December 31, 2020 shall not be accepted. Also inconsistency in name is not acceptable to the university and may lead to disqualification. Candidates’ names on their O’level certificates and UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.

ATTESTATION: Candidates must verify that the information he / she presents in each portion of the screening form is correct to the best of his / her knowledge. When something is found to be incorrect, he / she must find him / herself disqualified.

DIRECT ENTRY: All direct entry candidates who chose ESUT are also to sit for the screening test. They are therefore required to access the screening forms and other information about the screening on-line as stated above and request their institutions to forward to ESUT Registrar, transcripts of their results.

COOU Post-UTME / DE form, cut-off date, qualifications, application fee, and registration information were revealed for the 2020/2021 Academic Session. Cut-off points are 160. Costs are N2000. See the registration process in full detail and the criteria below;

Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) formerly Anambra State University  (ANSU) hereby announces to the general public, especially its prospective students, that it has commenced the sale of its 2020/2021 academic session post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise application form.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and Direct Entry candidates, who chose the University as First or Second choice University and scored 170 or above in the 2020 UTME are eligible to register for the University’s 2020 Post-UTME Exercise.

How to Register

To start registration visit: portal.coou.edu.ng/GenerateInvoice.aspx

  • Candidates are required to register on-line, on payment of the processing fee of Two thousand naira (N2,000.00) only, through the REMITA platform, at any branch of the following Banks:
    • Fidelity Bank Plc
    • Zenith Bank Plc
    • Eco Bank Plc
  • Candidates should visit the University Portal, coou.edu.ng, generate payment invoice with their JAMB Registration Numbers and proceed to the authorized Banks with the payment invoice number.
  • Access Pin Codes for authorized login into the University portal will be issued to candidates.
  • Candidates should submit required information on their Bio-data, while completing the online registration form.

AAUA Post-UTME / DE form, cut-off date, qualifications, application fee, deadline and registration information have been released for the 2020/2021 Academic session. Cut-off is 180 level. Registration fee is N2000. Registration starts August 12, 2020. See full descriptions of the registration below;

This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission to Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, for the 2020/2021 academic session that registration for Post UTME Admission Screening Exercise will commence from Wednesday, 12TH August, 2020.

Candidates eligible for the Screening exercise are:

  • Those who made Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) their institution of first choice in the 2020/2021 UTME and scored 180 and above;
  • Direct Entry candidates who chose AAUA as their institution of first choice; and
  • Those who sat for the 2020/2021 UTME, scored 180 & above and are willing to change and make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko their institution of first choice.

NOTE: Candidates who did not make Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, their institution of first choice initially, but are willing to choose AAUA, should make the necessary change of Institution on JAMB CAPS to AAUA before the close of registration for the screening exercise.

All eligible candidates are to visit the University website https://putme.aaua.edu.ng, to register for the screening as from Wednesday, 12th August, 2020 after making a payment of N2, 000.00 (two thousand naira) only. (Payment should be made online on the University Screening Portal)

Guidelines to Candidates for On-line Registration

  1. Visit www.putme.aaua.edu.ng
  2. Create an account with valid JAMB registration number and E-mail address.
  • Confirm your E-Mail address by clicking on the link sent to your E-mail (check spam box, if not found in your E-mail inbox).
  1. Log in and make payment  of N2,000.00 only via PayTech (MasterCard only)
  2. After successful payment, candidates are to fill their Bio-data with valid details.
  3. Print out Bio-data slip

General Instructions to all Candidates

  1. Candidates are advised to correctly upload their O’Level results on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed in the case of O’Level requirements.
  2. AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO, NABTEB O’Level results.
  • AAUA accepts ND(Upper Credit), HND(Lower Credit), NCE and JUPEB(6 Points) for Direct Entry candidates
  1. Candidates awaiting O’Level results may also apply but must upload their results as soon as it is released on both the University portal and JAMB CAPS for seamless admission processing.
  2. Candidates are to click on Admission requirements to check for O’Level and UTME requirements for their course of choice.
  3. Candidates who did not comply with the UTME subject combination are requested to change to their desirable course on JAMB CAPS to be considered for admission.
  • Candidates are advised to read the O’Level requirements of their courses and select the right FIVE subject combinations for their courses, which must include credit passes in English Language and Mathematics for all courses in AAUA.
  • Candidates should ensure that the on-line form is carefully completed, following ALL necessary instructions, as “mistake(s)” may be seen as misrepresentation/falsification of documents, which shall lead to disqualification.
  1. Candidates are then to print-out evidence of completion of transaction and keep for future reference.
  2. It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the online screening exercise to further qualify them for admission by the University.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE APPLICANT

  • The registration for the online screening exercise commences on Wednesday, 12th August, 2020. Candidates are advised to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers (without DND ‘’DO NOT DISTURB’’). The University will not take responsibility for failure to get information as a result of invalid email addresses and non-functional phone numbers.
  • Candidates who applied to study Mass Communication in AAUA during UTME are advised to change to other relevant courses/programme compatible with their JAMB and O’ Level subjects as AAUA will not be offering Mass Communication during the 2020/2021 Academic session.

UNIZIK Post-UTME / DE form, cut-off points, cost of application, deadline and details of registration for the 2020/2021 Session were announced. Based on the course the cut-off point is about 160-200. Costs is N2000. Deadline for this is 30 November 2020. See below for full details;

The Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka has planned its 2020/2021 POST-UTME and DIRECT ENTRY screening exercise for candidates who made the University their first preference in the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (D / E) and all the Nnamdi Azikiwe University affiliate institutions.

Qualifications:

Candidates who made Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka or its affiliated institutions their first choice and have the required cut-off mark are eligible to apply.

Candidates who did not choose NAU as first choice university but scored the eligible cutoff marks of any faculty/ programme can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of institution

Enter your UTME REG Number, a valid email address and your PHONE NUMBER and click CONTINUE.
On the Next Page Select the access level and click on Create.
YOUR USERNAME is your email Address and PASSWORD is your PHONE NUMBER.

NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU ENTER YOUR PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL, SO THAT FURTHER INFORMATION/COMMUNICATION CAN BE SENT TO THE PHONE OR EMAIL.

IF YOU ENTER ANOTHER PERSON’S PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS FROM UNIZIK AND THIS MAY CAUSE YOU TO MISS OUT OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE.

Continue with the application by logging in with the login credentials (EMAIL AS USERNAME AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER AS THE PASSWORD).
After successful login, click on Step One, click on Generate Application Form RRR
Print the RRR (Remita) page, proceed to any bank of your choice nationwide to make a payment of N2,000 only.
Login to the portal, click on Step Two, click on Confirm Payments.
Type in the RRR for the Application Form in the RRR text box and click on ‘Verify payment’
Once the Confirmation for the payments is successful or if the notification is that your payment is already been confirmed, you can proceed to Step Three.
Click on ‘Step Three’, click on ‘Fill Application Form’, Fill out the application form. You can save each stage of the application and continue at a later time.
Also, you can edit your information as often as possible within the registration period.
Check the ‘I Agree’ box and click on “submit” button.
Print out the Application Form.
NOTE: Candidates with WASC/NECO and NABTEB should fill only their Name, Exam No, Year and School/Centre where examination was taken.

Candidates can always go back to update their O’level result information for correctness.

For Direct Entry Candidates

In addition to the above registration procedures, candidates must also ensure that their academic transcript is forwarded to The Registrar, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, on or before Monday 30th November 2020.

Any candidate whose transcript is not received before the stipulated period will not be considered for admission.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE

The screening date and details will be announced in due course. Monitor your personal phone number / email and UNIZIK website for further details on the post-UTME / DE screening exercise. Candidates are advised to obtain the official UNIZIK Post-UTME past questions and answers. This will enable them to prepare adequately for the screening exercise.

The screening exercise will be conducted in full compliance with established COVID-19 safety protocols.

Candidates who did not register online will not be involved in the screening exercise.

You must also upload your O’level results in JAMB portal to be considered for admissions.

NOTE: The University will not be liable for any payment made with wrong JAMB registration number at the bank.

The University shall also not be liable for any fraudulent payments made anywhere that is not in line with the directives of the University.

WASSCE 2020: Finally WAEC Timetable Is Out

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the full timetable for West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) 2020.

It was posted on Twitter that the examination body said it was the ‘Final International Timetable for the Conduct of WASSCE for School Candidates, 2020’.

Nigerian government on its part, had approved Monday, August 17 as the start of the exams.

It will end Saturday, September 12.

A look at the time-table shows students will sit for Mathematics on August 24 and English Language on August 26.

Practicals for science students begin this Friday, August 7 with Chemistry.

The last paper will be Core Science on Monday, September 7.
